We are pleased to share with you important news about Codimag. Over the last few weeks, we have reorganised and changed the company’s shareholder structure.
Founded in 1978 by Alain DEMOL and Eric TISON, Codimag is now owned by a new generation of shareholders around its current CEO, Benoit DEMOL, Codimag executives and Jean-Jacques Fabre, who had been a minority shareholder since 2016, becoming a majority shareholder.
Few words about Jean-Jacques Fabre: graduated engineer (where he met Benoit DEMOL), he began his career in Silicon Valley, before moving on to Asia. He has extensive expertise in technology and digital topics, and will bring a wealth of international experience to the role. Convinced of the potential of Aniflo’s technology and attracted by the durability of the Codimag solutions he has been able to follow over the last few years, he wants this change to mark the commitment of Codimag’s teams and shareholders to continue developing the company, and to take advantage of this change of generation to continue innovating.
Our DNA as an innovative French family business remains intact. We will also be offering our customers new ways of improving their performance and strengthening our customer service. In this way, Codimag is consolidating its strategy of offering a virtuous alternative from an economic and ecological perspective, with a refusal of planned obsolescence.
